Florence Oduk specializes in policy and regulatory arrangements relating to infrastructure, environment and natural resource law. She is a lawyer and ADR Practitioner, with a bias for commercial and natural resource disputes.
Florence is accredited by the Judiciary of Kenya and panel-listed by the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration as well as the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators as an Arbitrator and Mediator.
She is an engaging and knowledgeable Technical Trainer with over 10 years experience and a proven track record of preparing her trainees to become dispute resolvers who can produce quality outcomes, in a timely and cost effective manner.
She is a dynamic communicator with excellent presentation skills and is able to translate complex concepts into understandable terms using creative teaching methods.
Florence is also extremely versed in undertaking public participation and stakeholder dialogue and possesses strong facilitation skills enabling her to assist multi-party groups to pool their diverse views into consensus.
